I want to thank you for the marvelous job of networking you did for us. Your knowledge and speed in doing the job was impressive. Your ability to remain professional while still remaining warm and friendly is a talent few people who offer services have. The reason that I am writing to you is due to your customer service. I often get so frustrated with poor customer service. The companies want your money and they if you have a problem you can't find a way to contact them. When you do it takes forever to get a problem fixed. You gave us two ways to contact us and were always friendly and ready to help no matter what time we called. I have never experienced such great customer service. I will always use you for all my computer needs and recommend you to anyone I know that needs networking services.
